I had a great experience getting my oil changed at my local Ford dealership. My service advisor Fernando was wonderful, friendly, helpful and made the whole process easy. I waited while my oil was changed and really appreciated receiving an inspection video showing the condition of my vehicle. Excellent service from start to finish.
